Cut Rite Construction traces its roots back to 1986 in the City of Ottawa and since then have never looked back. Production Homes

Cut Rite Construction is a trade partner for most new home builders – big and small – in and around the city of Ottawa, Ontario.

We offer all of our products installed by professionals and in a timely manner. All of our installers have years of specific experience with each and every product, and can offer smart solutions to on-site challenges. While it is ideal in our business to have a good lead time on building schedules, we realize that sometimes that doesn’t happen. We do our best to accommodate last minute requests so that you can finish your homes on time.

Safety is always of a main concern as well. With Cut Rite Construction you can be sure all of our staff are properly trained in Working at Heights and WHMIS. When one of our powered elevating work platforms must be used, the operator will also have specific training in that machine as well. Our safety policy and procedures are among the highest quality, and with us, you can expect your project to go accident-free.

After care service comes in the form of very friendly and courteous repairs. Any deficiencies will be looked after on time, and to the expectations of the new home owner.

Community Sales Centres

Typically when a production home builder begins a community, a sales centre is used to draw prospective customers in to sell their houses. The importance of a first impression here is critical, it sets the tone for future expectations of the quality of work that is performed. Custom Homes

Cut Rite Construction has been working with custom home builders for over 25 years.

We realize that a lot of energy is put into creating and building a house that is distinct, and we match that effort with our team of professionals. During the early stages of the build, we arrive on site to verify plans and specifications. We then custom order all of the material needed straight from the factory to ensure an immaculate install. Our installers all have years of very specific experience with each of our products and you can trust that they will get the job done right.

As imaginable as your vision may be, we do our best to match it with our selection of elite products. If you have something in mind that you may not see available on our site, just ask. We have great flexibility with our products, and have the know how to manufacture anything you might need.

Property Management

Cut Rite Construction has seen steady growth in the property management market. Some of the few projects we have been hired to complete include replacing deteriorating decking, replacing damaged exterior railing, and constructing a pedestrian bridge. We are on call with managers from many different companies to offer input for reserve fund studies, provide cost efficient solutions, and perform the work required in a professional manner.
